Youth Employment Coaching

It can be daunting not knowing what to do for a career or what to expect when it comes to the workplace. Many young people only know what they have observed and often the role models in their lives have not made work look very rewarding.


We believe that young people have a lot to offer and cannot wait to see their future impact. We also think that young people need help in navigating the world of work from what career to pursue to knowing workplace expectations.


Held over seven individual coaching sessions, Lisa will give young people the tools needed to find a rewarding career and be successful in the workplace. The course can be tailored to the individual and some sessions may be able to be combined with other individuals to save cost

Course Objectives:


1) To help individuals to identify and understand their unique strengths, personal interests, and core internal values.
2) To help individuals to discover short and long-term personal goals.
3) To explore career options that align with an individual’s unique strengths and values and help them to achieve the goals that they have for their future.
4) To provide individuals with the skills they need to network, build a CV and interview for a job.
5) To give individuals the skills that they need to excel in the workplace through understanding workplace culture, norms, and etiquette.
6) To help individuals know their rights as an employee and how to advocate for themselves.

Employee Engagement
